Holiday Surcharge

On holidays a $10/day surcharge will apply to all bookings. Holidays include: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Service Cancelation Policy

Cancellations for potty breaks, 30 or 60 minute visits, and dog walks must be received by 9:00 AM on the day of scheduled service for the service fee to be waived. Cancellations received after 9:00 AM on the day of service will result in the standard service fee being charged even if service is not provided. Any cancellation made by Come, Sit, Stay will result in no charge to the customer for unperformed service.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made after 9:00am on the day of a booked service will still have the service fee applied, even of Come, Sit, Stay does not provide service.

Insufficient Payment Policy

Any payment that is incomplete due to check bouncing, credit card being declined, or any other reason will result in a $25.00 fee in addition to complete, successful payment for services rendered.

Pet Bite/Scratch Policy

Come, Sit, Stay (CSS) reserves the right to immediately cease service to any client whose pet bites or significantly scratches a Come, Sit, Stay team member, or for a pet that CSS deems aggressive. The definition of aggressive is at the sole discretion of CSS Management.

Pet Identification Tag Policy

All client's purchasing services from Come, Sit, Stay must provide collar and identification tags that include a client's phone number for each pet that will be leaving the client's property and/or fenced yard space.  Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to put a collar with a "Dog Walker ID Tag" on client's pets during the duration of service.  Tag will read "Call My Dog Walker, 651-356-2598". 

While engaging Come, Sit, Stay's services, all clients will provide a healthy and safe working environment for Come, Sit, Stay employees.  This includes, but is not limited to: snow and ice removal from sidewalks and home access points and removal of interior slipping hazards.  For clarification or concerns about specific aspects of your home environment, please inquire. 

Home Maintenance Policy

If during a Come, Sit, Stay service of 15 to 60 minute duration, a Come, Sit, Stay team member determines a mess in the home requires clean-up for pet health and safety, Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to charge a Clean-Up Fee of $11.00 for any clean-ups that extend the service duration for an additional ten or more minutes.

Clean Up Policy

Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to apply all policies at it's discretion. Scheduling of any Come, Sit, Stay service constitutes acceptance of all policies.  Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to refuse service to potential and active clients for nonacceptance or violation of policies.
