Come, Sit, Stay Policies
On all holidays a $10/day surcharge will apply to all dog walking and pet sitting services. Holidays include: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Service Cancelation Policy
Cancellations for potty breaks, 30 or 60 minute visits, and dog walks must be received by 9:00 AM on the day of scheduled service for the service fee to be waived. Cancellations received after 9:00 AM on the day of service will result in the standard service fee being charged even if service is not provided. Any cancellation made by Come, Sit, Stay will result in no charge to the customer for unperformed service.
Overnight Cancelation Policy
Cancellations for overnight visits must be received two weeks before the first day of service for the service fee to be waived. Cancellations made 13 to 5 days prior to the first day of scheduled service will result in a fee of 20% of the scheduled service value. Cancellations made 5 to 0 days prior to the first day of scheduled service will result in a fee of 40% of the scheduled service value.
Insufficient Payment Policy
Any payment that is incomplete due to check bouncing, credit card being declined or any other reason will result in a $25.00 fee in addition to complete, successful payment for services rendered.
Punch Card Purchase and Refunds
All punch card purchases are final and partial reimbursement for services that are not utilized will not be provided. Partially used punch cards can be transferred to another client.
Pet Identification Tag Policy
All client's purchasing services from Come, Sit, Stay must provide collar and identification tags that include a client's phone number for each pet that will be leaving the client's property and/or fenced yard space. Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to put a collar with a "Dog Walker ID Tag" on client's pets during the duration of service. Tag will read "Call My Dog Walker, 651-356-2598".
While engaging Come, Sit, Stay's services, all clients will provide a healthy and safe working environment for Come, Sit, Stay employees. This includes, but is not limited to: snow and ice removal from sidewalks and home access points and removal of interior slipping hazards. Home Maintenance Policy
Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to apply all policies at it's discretion. Scheduling of any Come, Sit, Stay service constitutes acceptance of all policies. Come, Sit, Stay reserves the right to refuse service to potential and active clients for nonacceptance or violation of policies.
