Hello, I'm Rachel! I have been caring for and loving animals for my whole life. Growing up, I cared for a wide variety of pets including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, etc.
I currently have a calico cat named Lola who I adore but I have not found a kitty I don't enjoy hanging out with! I also love dogs, recently I have been very into chihuahuas. I feel as if they get a bad rep but they really are chill little guys!
My favorite part about working with animals is experiencing the day through their eyes and getting excited about the little things! Also, seeing their cute faces is a plus. :) Also, being able to ensure that an animal is safe, healthy, and advocated for is incredibly fulfilling.
Outside of work I love being outdoors whether that is camping, finding a new walking trail, going to a music festival, I love it all! I am also a huge crafter, recently I have been diving into the clay world which has been very fun.

Favorite Fast Food: I will say my guilty pleasure is a flat cheeseburger from McDonalds.
Favorite Season: My favorite season is definitely Fall, I may be biased as I am a Libra. :)
Favorite TV Show: This would be a tie between Fleabag and Insecure. However, King of the Hill just came out with a new season and I have been loving that as that is a very nostalgic show for me.
Favorite Band/Musician: This is very hard as I listen to a little bit of everything! Recently I have been loving Geese, Samia, and Dijon.
